Rates for services provided in my office are:  $150 per hour for counseling by Michelle Jester, PhD.  Multiple clients counseled at the same time will be at negotiated rates.

Rates for sercies provided outside my office are $150 per hour, including travel time to the location of service to be provided.  Expenses for travel as actually incurred, such as for transportation, parking, communication, and secretarial services, will also be charged.

Rates for services provided by telephone counseling are $100 per one-half hour. Before the counseling session, the client must provide a written statement of the problem that requires the counseling.  This statement can be sent by email to my office, or it can be faxed to my office at 865-675-7395.  The counseling session must be paid in advance, and a time scheduled for the counseling session. 

Rates for services provided by email counseling are $100 per one-half hour required to prepare the email response. Before the counseling session, the client must provide a written statement of the problem that requires the counseling.  This statement must be sent by email to my office.  We will determine from your statement of your problem whether we think we can help you with email counseling, and we will notify you by email accordingly.  The email counseling session must be paid in advance, and we will tell you in our reply how to do this.
